What an odd pair of live action commercials, it seems like they're advertising Axess more than EXE4. Anyone know what that unnerving song playing in the background is?

In EXE4 Japanese tournaments, the announcers/commentators dress up as Regal and Mari. So this commercial as supposed to be those personalities talking to kids (the players). In the competitive game, a lot of players use Evil Rockman.
