MegaSonicPokeX lost motivation to sort the voices and thus gave me permission to upload the rest of the characters so I don't plan to upload the characters voices already uploaded. MegaSonicPokeXは、ボイスを整理する意欲を失い、私に残りのキャラクターのアップロードを許可したので、すでにアップロードされたキャラクターのボイスをアップロードする予定はない。

for those who don't know, Hell Sigma (Sigma's 2nd phase) pitch is higher on the files, to fix it just low it -1 pitch and it will probably stay the same as in game

Yeah I don't know why this sometimes happen, this is only the case for PS1 / PS2 games that uses VAG format which is Sony's proprietary format so I guess only Sony can answer (though they won't because intellectual property).
