Play on words. The first meaning is the "Gaza Strip" and the second (literal) is the "sector of gas". It refers to the nickname given to an industrial district of Voronezh where the band was formed. It's named so cause it's both toxic (polluted with gas) and dangerous due to local chavs and bad social situation (like a warzone).

I've got a story about this song! We kidnapped our mate with my bro, in ski masks and in dark clothes, but a piece of blanket on the guys head, that we kidnapped, in our mate's car boot and drive away, to about 5 miles when the cars brakes started to burn. (first i thought the guy in the boot set the car on fire) told the driver to slow down a bit. Finally we stopped in a junction, to find out where the smoke comes from,and we realised its from the wheels, so it has to be the break! after about a few minutes, some one of us mentioned that there's a guy in the boot, so we might have to release him. :D :D :D When we released him he said so many rude things about our moms and etc...
