Lovely recollections for me Hayden. I took my children there years ago and went the full length of the line at about 5 MPH. Great stuff.

It's a very interesting set-up they have here, and an interesting collection of locomotives. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for this museum. It was an excellent event and I enjoyed my visit.

Was Vulcan not there??

'Vulcan' was unable to attend, the Beyer Peacock 0-4-0ST 1827 was sent instead as a replacement. I have to admit I found the replacement loco a more interesting one,(for me personally anyway!)
