Benjamin Hill if you really wanna play SOAD I recommend to star with easier songs. Try Toxicity until you get more comfortable with your guitar and the different kinds of picking. If you want to get some speed try to practice as more scales as possible increasing the speed bit by bit. Sorry for the bad English lol.

I can't get the game to detect the chords with this tuning most of the time :/ Also I spent the longest time trying to do that palm muted part in the verses in the 7th fret, runs out it's with open strings

Are you me? Literally had, and have, both of those problems with this song. :v The chords are not detectable most of the time -- but I noticed that is usually because I am technically not playing *all* of the strings it wants. It wants you to fret over 3 strings, not just 2, for an instance. Also, I saw "C5, palm muted", went to the chord book. It says 3.5.5 frets on the 3 bottom strings. Nope. Open strings. I'm still baffled on that one.

Guys i have a Little problem with my rocksmith. What can I do in rocksmith don't react to bends or reacts to slow? Other Chords and sounds are ok but there is a problem with bends only. There is no lag, strings are new ernie ball's 11's, guitar is also not the worst one. HELP!!!

Marcin Mezer From my experience, Rocksmith is just extremely picky about bend accuracy.

great performance :3 if theres anyone thats willing to help me i would be really glad so! when i tune my guitar (squier stratocaster) to this song, i pass the tuner no problem, but for some reason it seems that im not tuned correctly cuz the game tells me i miss notes when im clearly not, for example at 1:12, the Ab5 chord (or whatever its called) the game tells me that i miss it every time when i know im not, and its like this on more than this song, anyone have any ideas? its pissing me the hell off -.-

I'm not that big of the help srry, but that happened to me as well. Just keep re-tuning it to try and make it perfect. Worked for me after a while.

Try change cable gain in options, maximalize guitar volume, recalibrate guitar. If that won't work, check tuning outside rocksmith on 0 and 12 fret- sound must be the same. If it is not, tune strings near bridge (im not the Best in naming guitar party but you can tune it behind the bridge) and check this out. If that won't work Still, you should have a small lever under the strings. Change its position to middle or top, recalibrate guitar. That is all i know you can do

FesojNagod you have it like On the bridge, special tuning keys, you must have a screwdriver to these. also you must know if your guitar have "movable" or "rigid" bridge. rigid is specifical for guitars like Epiphone Les Paul, Gibsons etc. if you have a guitar looking similar to slash's guitar, you probably have it. A rigid bridge is very hard to tune when you play songs in diffrent tunings, so the best idea is to play songs in one tunung, like E standard, Drop D etc. If you ignore this you will probably have bad tuning on frets 12+, so in solo you will have lots of misses. And remember: if you want to have your guitar tuned corectily in 100%, you should have the same sound on 0 fret of string and 12 (normal tuners shows it normally). I hope I helped :)

practice. if you use the riff repeater and start with a speed you can do it at it will advance the speed when you're successful. keep doing it and it will MAKE you down pick fast enough, which will be helpful in the future. or you could learn to fingerpick.

Strumming is not correct when playing the Ab5. Rocksmith does't/can't recognize when you play a chord once and let it ring as opposed to playing it three times in a row like you should. Still, not bad :) Keep rocking bud
