I always thought that was a pay to play private facility. Had no idea that it was a public park. Never seems busy when I drive by. Must be Tuesday when it’s closed. I may have to check it out. Definitely a sketchy area being so close to Gunpoint mall (. Greens point mall, oh wait I think they call it “City View” now 🙄)

GREAT! im over here catching up on your stuff and find this place . Now i for sure want to buy a SE Big Ripper and go out there lol . Had no idea tehy built this. i used to go the the skate park downtown with my son and roll around and always thought they needed something for just bikes.

Nice vid. I feel sorry for the derailer hanger though. Get 2 when you order new one, it's nice to have a spare. I got my first "mtb" from toys rs in houston. Took it to ho chi minh ( memorial) park had a lot of good times and ridden there through the years. So many hot trails popping up lately in tx. Anthills, is on my bucket list and need to revisit the trail by tx jester . Cypress creek I think is what it is.

Yeah that skinny got my derailer good. Ever since this video I’ve always hated skinnies. Lol Houston is hopping with trails now. Anthills is a sender trail! Just visited cypress not too long ago and it was well worth it.

@@RoadtoSolitude so awesome! I spent the last 6 weeks In ft worth. Quanah hill was my favorite . Rode marion sansom park, gateway, knob hill, northshore,& aledo. I like seguin skills park a lot also. I ride all north america, trails are improving, and increasing everywhere. My favorite trails are in oregon, and washington. Black rock, sandy ridge, stoddelmier, tiger to name the top 4 . Rode rr pass in henderson , nv then east fork near cincinatti most recently

Yeah they first started with the skatepark then built the rockstar bike park. I guess the mayor is trying to improve Greenspoint and if you are from Houston you know how bad the crime is up there. Lol

No fees. Just a waiver they have you fill out only once then they give you a card to show next time you come. This park has every style of riding for every level. It was definitely worth it!
