Layer 5; 27: After the initial release of the first trailer for GTAVI, the fans had to wait over a full year for the next trailer to drop. Many developed theories of when they would drop including using phases of the moon to pinpoint the date. One theory was 27, when two rockstar employees made tweets regarding some merch that was dropping, however some fans noticed that the number 27 was a moteif through out the images, leading to the idea that trailer 2 would release on the 27th of December, which ultimately didn't happen (I'm tired but the best I could do)

If you want a schitzo theory, I found a weird coincidence with the numbers from the video - specifically the 70% = 128.84. If you do the obvious thing and find out what 100% is, it gives you some random number. However, if you then divide that random number by the theorized date (1227), you get pretty much exactly 0.15. With how close it is to 0.15 it seems quite unlikely that it means nothing - the only thing I can think of is that it means 3pm UK time (as the devs were from edinburgh). This would be 10am est time, which makes sense for rockstar. The calculation for this is in full is (128.84/70*100)/1227. Some significance maybe?

I've tried pointing this out, but it's not gaining any traction. Still, a simple explanation seems most likely - maybe it’s both: a real trip with a fun snippet of the notes included. The scenes suggest the cat was deliberately included, and the paper was meant to be hidden under the table but was accidentally left in or deemed harmless.
