-strip club/prostitution business would be new and fresh. -mansion dlc with 1 final mega heist. make the mansions a 50M money pit with tons of customization/pets etc -air craft carrier dlc. let us finally own one and we can pick between a yacht or carrier to be our active large boat. the carrier can have a handful of missions. - obviously adding liberty city and giving it property and business locations scattered around the map would be sick but highly unlikely.
