I don't see why, there is no blood, gtore or nudity, all of which make a game rated M, however, with the content of the game, a "T" rated for teen is fair enough. I'm just sick of people taking one look at anything and then passing justice based only on first impressions. It's not that bad of a game. It's better than "The Sims" or any other "Simulation" games.

i really hope they make a sequel some time in my life. I'm 20 now and I've been playing this game since it first came out when I was 10. It's perfect in every single way and it never gets old.
