I hope i can try to help a little. Most of the song before 4:21 is in a 3/4 time signature swing feel and when 4:21 hits it's back to a standard 4/4 so you can see where the accentuated beats are at to get more of the vibe. I'm pretty buzzed atm but once you hear it a couple times you can get the feel of where it's trying to go
