When my son and I were estranged due to his wife, I used to play this and pictured myself dancing with him and also pictured myself holding his wife as a baby and rocking her and singing this song. Eventually, my son and his wife split and he and his children were back in my life! Today is saturday, 26. of January 2019. My dog was put to sleep this morning. He was with us only 8 months and he was only 10 months old. He was feeling a terriblle pain and there was no help because the vet said it was a brain disease. He wasn't just a dog, he was my little brother and I loved him like he was human. I discovered Secret Garden years ago and their music sounds like it could be a soundtrack. Most of their work sounds Celtic like this. An Irish violinist and Norwegian pianist. The chord progressions are almost overwhelming. Not just in this but in most of their work. If you have not heard anything else by else, I encourage you to explore and yes, the lyrics combined with this astonishing music the chord progressions and the orchestration, does make me cry sometimes.

April 16, 2021 My cat was put down this afternoon. He was 8 months old and we had only had him for 6 months. He was diagnosed with leukemia and had an inoperable tumor pressing against his esophagus, meaning that he couldn't eat or drink. I always have played this song and sang it to my son since he was in my belly. To this day i still play it while he sleeps and for his baby brother who is still in my belly. If only they knew how fortunate and blessed i feel to be their mommy.❤️

This has me crying, though i suppose im not the only one. This touches me deeply for some reason... i think it might be because no one has ever said anything like "bless you with love *for the road that you go*" or "angles watch over you *each step of the way*". People in my life (family, etc.) Have always kind of assumed the life im to lead, but ive never wanted that life and always felt i was to do something else, but unsure what path i follow of which im kind of stressed and scared about but walk down either way... i guess i jusy needed some kind of reassurement or something...

when i was abt 9-11 i had really bad insomnia,as in like when i passed out from tiredness thats when i could sleep,and this was the only thing that could help,i would have it on repeat and my dad even bought me new earphones(we were very broke at the time so this was huge) so i could continue listening to this.

When I was in 3rd grade we supposed to have a teacher she had brain cancer so we had another teacher to replace her then she survived it and we got to see her once then she died even though she survived cancer and we had to sing this song in honor of her and they gave her a special bench but the worst part is her husband and her two daughters were sitting behind me and I saw all of them crying I’m not emotional at all but that broke my heart to see.

I first heard this song, as it was being sung, at I think Busch Gardens. There was a section dedicated to the Irish/Celtic, and this lovely woman sang it. I was so touched, that I cried and emailed the park later that night, to get more info. My 7 year old daughter loves it, and I plan on playing it for my nearly 4 year old son. When I have to unwind from the gym, and do a hot Epsom salt bath, it helps me to relax quicker.
