I've always preferred the dark background but your extras makes it even better!

Lighter chart has been proven to assist in recognizing patterns to the eye.
@rockwelltradingservices2 жыл бұрын
I did not know that. Care to explain why?
@TBradFashionModel2 жыл бұрын
@@rockwelltradingservices Studies done,....pattern recognition easier with white charts. Believe me, I was using the colored TOS charts and tc2000,.... but another trader suggested the change, and after a couple days, I never went back to colored charts. I do have no manipulate many changes in initial chart, afterward,...just use same chart. I don't use any indicators so......

That is interesting! :) Thank you for sharing that!

Great video, Only thing I don't understand is how to get the PXO strategy bars on their. Is that a specific script running?
@rockwelltradingservices3 жыл бұрын
Yes. Here's a video that explains it in detail: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oarShIhuoserbsk Does this help?

My Trading View does not have the option to turn off Thin Lines. I pay for service but not the highest level. Any thoughts? Most of the Appearance/Symbol page is the same but that choice is not there.

Thought the same thing... Pro version here. You have to be in 'Bars' mode, not 'Candlestick' or other for the option to be available.

Yes, what Kenneth said: You have to switch to BARS first for this option to appear. Very weird, but it works this way. :-)

Hello Markus. Been trading the wheel. Got off to a bad start with SOFI, but in profit now. I wondered if you just ignore any possible upcoming catalysts and sell CCS even if the price could shoot up any day? I've sold some but scared I'll miss the big price jump. Thanks for any help.

Great to hear that it's going well now. And yes, I like selling Covered Calls when the markets are shooting up. That's when you get the most premium! Talk soon.

I just read your wheel strategy book, and I just had one question. Could you explain the difference between your cost basis and breakeven price? Thanks!
@KevinStudent3 жыл бұрын
Haven’t read the book, but I assume “cost basis” = strike price that the stock was assigned at and “break even” = cost basis less all of the premium you’ve made selling calls/puts on the position.
@unclexphil78743 жыл бұрын
@@KevinStudent So, cost basis is the price of your stock after you’ve been assigned minus all the premium collected (after assignment only). And breakeven is the assigned price minus total premium collected (before and after assignment) from that particular stock right?
@KevinStudent3 жыл бұрын
@@unclexphil7874 for how you’re defining cost basis in your reply, you’re subtracting your “entry” put premium. I feel like he doesn’t do that (but again, I haven’t read the book). You very well could be right. Without digging too far into his videos, I believe he’s defined cost basis in the way shown below: Cost basis = assigned price Break even = cost basis less put/call premiums on the position
