Another great video Chris very informative and thanks for the mention and photos. We have been to The Cave restaurant ourselves a couple of times and it's well worth a visit. We hope you make a speedy recovery from being the fall guy.. Sounds horrendous and extremely painful.. Glad you can keep up the good work, look forward to the next video..

A game of two halves there. Happy anniversary to you both. I hope that it was great. On the second half; oh boy! Some way to field test the Spanish medical care! Sorry about that Chris. It must have felt a LOT worse than you are portraying and have been scary for the family too. I hope that you get better very soon and with the least pain and the minimum of surgical intervention.

Kinell (blinkin hell) Chris. That looks like it would smart a bit at the time. Yeah, the traction to realign the bones before isolating is a bugger. I would book a dental appointment too after the associated teeth gritting. Good luck with the op, I am sure it will go fine if a bit sore for a few days. Think of the positives though, no boring running, just some post op exercises at some point... like picking up a glass of beer or something we hope. Get well soon. 👍 ETA... by the way, you had better get a letter or card for the airports now. You will go ping walking through naked now.
