Not everyone. I visited India and had some street food..The man washed his hands, washed the plates, glasses, and even the pan he was cooking in. I was surprised to see. I didn't get sick :)

I have been here from Delhi. Awesome taste. And all you people talk about unhygienic conditions, they are not putting shit in their food. It is good healthy natural food.
