The beginning of the video shows Fort Hill Mesa. I used to party up there at night with my friends, As long as your campfire isn't near the edge of the cliff top, the rangers never found out you were there. Rangers, and cops never leave thier cop car while on patrol, if they can help it. The last part of the video shows the view from scenic Park. The northernmost part of Valley Parkway. Between the boat ramp and Emerald Necklace Marina is 'the wall'. 24 hour fishing is allowed there, although it's no longer a good spot for catfish & carp.
