I love HE MUSEVENI. As an African in the West, in Renewable energy (from solar, wind and trash) I approached many African governments offering them to build solar plants at 0.04 USD per Kilowatt Hour but they would stop me with so called tenders which are always controlled and won by western companies that offer 0.15 USD per Kilowatt Hour but end up by abandoning 80% of projects. If Africans we need to develop we must have self-confidence by supporting our own engineers and experts.
