The most important thing in ministry is that we have our relationship with our father in order. It is more important than our ministry. A common sign that someone is burning out is that they don't spend enough time with God. They may be easily overwhelmed or irritated. Take a time where you surrender yourself to the Lord again. Seek to have time alone with Him - relax in His presence. Maybe put on some worship. You don't have to tell everyone what is going on and why. I hope to hear from you. /Daniel
