What a star - he is just as you see him and regardless of his age, he puts on a wonderful show. He knows what his audience wants, and if he has to sing them a little differently, so be it. The audience sings most of the songs anyway! My favorite singer by far.

In the early 19 70 I saw Rod Stewart in Ca, he is a great singer and tough as he came out onstage, he slipped and fell injured his lower back I’m amazed he kept going. Sang all his songs and came out for an encore.

I'm 64...saw him with Tina Turner in Houston in early '80's, the '90's at Madison Square Garden right after his throat cancer diagnosis, and again in NYC in the '90's when he did 1/2 show classics, and 1/2 swing I love him, love him, love him. I stole his hair from the beginning and wear it the same to this day! He can do no wrong to me! Anyone trashing him can kiss my elderly arse!
