Let me explain what do he mean is that gen shepherd betrayed and used a damn military forces from america to mexico and did illegal missle shipment and ordering shadow company to release a genocide on mexican territory that includes women, children, mens, police, and cartels member and he ordered his mens to take over a mexican military base while also giving info to terrorist and keep betraying people And he still prefer himsself as patriot who is fighting for his country This took me 20 mins to find info

Thinking about it realistically, Fort ain't really that bad, it's more so of him being a theoretical alien that happens to have hostile instincts. He doesn't gain anything from killing people other then possible food, but just kills them in a correct order so he doesn't get caught and end up dead.
