The greatest of all of Dvorak's symphonic poems. The middle section especially is magical. The melodies always flows from Dvorak's pen and this is no exception but why has this piece never been performed at concert halls?

Jarvi and the SNO perform this wonderful symphonic poem with such panache. There is a seemingly easy flow to it all that has much to do with the conductor's insightful reading and, of course, the top-class Chandos production....
