Hi how are you? Thanks for making these helpful videos. I am so stuck, only one of my microphones is showing REC , all the vidoes online say I should plug it into my pc and change to always recording but my screen does not have all of the same as the youtube videos. I just got these a few weeks ago and most settings videos including your previously ones are fairly dated now. Do you have any articles or videos that may help me? I've already lost one interview as only one mic has recorded :( Thank you!!!

Hey. I Know how frustrating this can be. I've lost audio as well when I didn't back up the audio before updating. Once it updates, it erases everything. When you plug in your transmitter, what does the app say? Is the transmitter showing up in the app? It will show an icon on the left hand side of the app. Be sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded from the rode website. When you do update, make sure you update all three units.

Good morning(From Aus!)@@NightOwlsMedia When I plug them in it says I am on versin 2.4.6 When I click through to settings (on the transmitters) I just don't have the same icons at the top to change that recording setting. Unsure what I am doing wrong.
