One doubt in 2nd question R%=11×1/9% then how did you find that R is 1/9 ??

It's not (11 × 1/9)% it's (11 + 1/9)% This gives 99/9+ 1/9 = 100/9 (LCM). Now to convert fraction to percentage we multiply by hundred (eg - 1/5 × 100 = 20%), to convert percentage to fraction we divide by 100. So (100/9)/100 gives 1/9. Hope it helps 😊.

please note that, down payment is the initial payment you do at the time of purchase itself. Interest charged is for the amount that's unpaid or yet to be paid for which the interest is being charged. thus, interest is charged only for the unpaid amount.

May be you should be more attentive sir. He derived the value of 1 unit from CI which was given to be Rs.760/-. Then he said, you can substitute this value of 1unit = Rs.40/- wherever you want to, and you'll get the answer. That means, he didn't solve all of the required equations. You can put the value wherever you should and you'll get the answer.
