That's an interesting perspective. Often times I would buy blank decks because I knew the graphic would get scratched up anyway, but it is neat to look at your board after a time of skating and remember certain tricks by certain marks. It also tells you what you need to work on: "Oh, I don't have enough marks on the tail and nose; I need to do more nose/tail slides!" Haha
