When I listen to this song I always think about my old self before starting my weight loss journey (lost about 30kg) before that I was unhappy and lonely, even ashamed of going out. I remember the first day in the gym, it was like nothing was right and I wasn’t doing the right thing but I just kept on going working out and doing a great diet. Once I started seeing that I was losing weight I felt like a new person. New clothes, new mindset, new goals, new friendships thanks to hard work and diet.
