I assume you mean Fripp. I don't know, but it does sound a lot like Frippertronics.

@@Vingul A German sound software company has long had a "frippertronics" voice in their products. No longer has to be the 2 reel to reels joined in tape delay...

@@eltorsalo Cool, but this is from 1982 and Roedelius presumably knew/knows Fripp personally, at least both collaborated with Eno. I have no opinion though, and Fripp isn't credited on the album... I guess Roedelius was just inspired by Eno and Fripp with that technique. But thanks for the info, I wonder if you could give the name of the program/company without your comment being removed(?)
