Following every single step Roem did, without any money trees, I earned around 6k-8k minute. However, with mine which costs around 4 million less so about 1-1.5 million cuz i didnt use tram or bus stations, I earned around 12-15k/min (no money trees). Just for anybody who was wondering. The store is actually 100% up to date. You have just misunderstood the part where servers with large stores load slower, so what you did wrong must have been either not testing income over a long enough period, or you didnt play on a fresh enough server (suggest private server). Try again following my tips for optimal money earnings, and you will earn TONS more money, quite literally. Hope it helps 😊

This layout is sooo good. I used another layout but It was fake, the builder said it would make a 100k+ an hour, in reality it would only make like tens of thousands. This setup is so good, i only afk'd for like 30 minutes and already almost earned 100k. It took me hours upon hours just to get 200k and it took another hour to get 60kish. This setup almost made me 200k in 1 hourish

Hello Roem! Long comment hoping you would reply because I just want maximum efficiency for my store lmao. Waiting for the money tree guide you've been talking about because I think that would be my next go-to layout after this. Take as much time as you need man, your guides are awesome. I have reached the maximum upgrade of this layout (bus stations tram stations and all of that), wondering what I could do to increase efficiency. Some few questions: I saw a comment on this video that bus stations and tram stations are not that worth? I'm fine with keeping them but having more customers sounds good so I should increase parking spaces? According to you 50 spaces is the max. Should I still keep my bus and tram stations even if I have 50 parking lots? Also I have both max signs, the LED sign and the big roof sign, but my parking spaces both normal and EV are not being filled always. Is this normal? Should I add more parking spaces to combat this? My money trees are going great! Got 20 as of the moment. I do not know how much I make every hour lol. I have been wondering when is the right time to swap products for more money trees but still have great income? Or do I even need to swap at all? Can I just sell furniture always? Also I am not sure if there is a cap on money trees. And if I do change products I was thinking of selling electronics. Question about my managers and vehicle. I of course have the cargo helicopter which caps at 4000Load but my 2 maxed out managers on 200% amount to stock only order up to 3000L at the loading dock. Sometimes I ran out of some products to restock but only for a short amount (but still would like to not run out as much hehe) which most of the time are Game Tables and Large Furniture. Any ideas? Hey! Sorry for taking so long, but here I am! Bus and tram costs a lot, but it saves space, all up to you. Adding more parking lots wont help cuz the point is to have the EVs occupied most of the time since they earn more. One sign is enough, they dont stack. Server lag May cause fewer customers, try a private server alone. The point of gaining 32 money trees first is to have lots of spare money, then do whatever you want. Foods, electronics, anything. The next money tree becomes exponentially more difficult, so I suggest earning 2 each for a group of items, then swap. I guess you can get a third manager... that might help. Each manager buys 100% extra, so then it becomes 300% instead of 200. This layout is about the best you could get, so I suggest not doing much. Perhaps expand some crowdedness, but I decided myself that a smaller store is more important than 4,5 crowdedness at times. No need for a helicopter btw, I think. 2 bus stations and 1 tram station isn't optimized. It makes less customers coming from tram station. I suggest to have 1 bus station and 1 tram station. It's more profitable, I tested it.

I tested during 24 hours YOUR layout (2 bus stations, 1 tram station) : and it made exactly 7,481,000 $ without money trees. I tested during 24 hours THE OTHER layout (1 bus station and 1 tram station) : and it made exactly 8,382,000 $ without money trees. *EDIT : I had a conversation with jack (top 1 billboard), he showed me his layout on a discord call, and he uses 1 bus station and 1 tram station too. He told me that he is more profitable with only 1 bus station than 2. Dunno why.*

Tram is really good if you place it close to the store, as well as it also doesnt give robbers, even better! Max parking lot amount is about 30, but 20 plus tram is very good

One thing i am very annoyed with in retail tycoon is if i go afk and when i come on there are 10+ people who have successfully paid for their items but dont leave the store. Meaning they are stuck in the queue of my self checkout and dont move so the parking lot is always full

Another bug is the CCTV cameras dont work when theres a robber. No alarm or anything. Same with the security gates. And the worst part is the game mistaking a robber for an ordinary customer. I noticed that a robber was "asking for a loan" when I saw his chat bubble. And they approved him then proceeded to steal my stuff

Yeah thats quite intelligent of you. In the engame "guide" I will go through different money tree layouts etc. Once one can afford this, if one sold furniture to get there, there is not much reason to still sell furniture cuz one probably already got some money trees from it.

Oh thats right! Yeah, low leveled restockers is a problem... I guess you just need to let them run until they are level 4. However if you want them to level up faster, I do suggest still only using 2-3 since it then takes half the time to get them to level 4.

Good question! The explanation is that customers are programmed to buy categories, not items. So to maximize earnings, you should sell entire categories most of the time, especially for furniture. Hope it helps 😊

Hmm, do you play on a public server? Public servers tend to give you less customers the higher the server load, therefore I suggest playing on a private server so only your store loads the server. And also, do you have the best sign?

I Just use "any". I think that is the best for such a small store. The only reason to use anything else is if all are occupied, but then you can Just hire another...

No, they are only bonus things as upgrades. The layout is Great, with upgrades you only maximize its potential.

If your goal is money, then definetly! If you want some money trees, you can sell the outdoor for a little while, then switch once you got 1-2 money trees per outdoor item 😄

The layout should be completely up to date, the game hasnt been updated since the release of the video. However if it doesnt work, here are possible mistakes: 1. You have openings in the store causing customers to wander outside the store area. If you havent built edge pieces around the entire layout, do that, but remember an employee door for the workers to enter. 2. You dont play on a private server. Discord server link in the desc. @@Roem No, iam good now, I got everything covered, back up to 4.8 - 5.0 stars. the problem was the insufficient amount of janitors. but I dont think janitors play a big role in sheltering or decoration. I mean i got everything right, edge pieces covering the parking lots not the building, bc there is no openings for them. dont know what happened with decoration, i got the employee door, but for some reason the managers keep using the desk of finance reps.
