That is exactly the feedback I gave to them. 24gb is the sweet spot for this. Gives 8GB for the OS and 16GB for the graphics processing. My big rig has 20GB on my GPU and it always hits at least 8GB or higher in use in all my AA and AAA games.

16GB VRAM for integrated graphics is a waste since the GPU doesn't have enough bandwidth to utilise all those 16GBs. even 12GB is alot

first this is insanely underated you went over everything really well, im thinking to get this from allowance birthday presents and other ways i make money, im thinking of waiting till the 2nd one comes out, so i can save more and it'd be less expensive for my parents (i spend a shit ton of money) but yeah thanks for this vid i sub

Who said that? Handheld market has for decades been about design than hardware. Think Gameboy, to Gameboy advance. Or 3ds to 3ds xl.

The performance on the Z1 extreme/7840u with 780m is pretty good, better than any other chipset available. The main issues were the shared 16GB not being enough for some AAA games and terrible battery life, which they've fixed.

Why upgrade the chips etc when the new one isn't all that different from the current one and if they did that you'd have to spend 1000 on this probably the z1 extreme is fine just learn how to optimize your setting and your fine

Looks pretty sweet, can't justify buying it though since I already have the Lenovo Legion Go. Would definitely consider upgrading to a unit with the next generation of processor.

To clarify since your video description is misleading, this is not the ROG Ally 2, SuperSaf. I realize you are trying to optimize to the search engine algorithms, but the ROG Ally X is a mid-generational upgrade. The ROG Ally 2 is coming later when the Ryzen Z2 series family is released.
