GSP has a traditional background, Anderson Silva, and lyoto machida as well. What do all thise guys have in common? They are all well known nice guys, but also well known to be nasty in a fight, but they also all have a traditional martial arts background. Not all traditional martial artists emphasize high level self control in their training, but the realest ones do. They can go from harnless, to horrible and back again in a second.
