Not sure what winter boot is right for your climate?
Here's our standard insulation chart:
200 - 400 grams for milder climates and everyday use
600 - 800 grams for cold winters and moderate outdoor activity
1000+ grams for extreme cold & intense outdoor activities
Underestimating the cold can have painful and potentially serious results. On the other hand, wearing boots with too much insulation can cause excess sweating while adding extra weight where it isn’t necessary.
Without properly insulated boots, the feet (and toes in particular) can quickly become vulnerable to frostbite, circulatory issues, and other complications. Insulated boots keep warmth in, preserving the warmth created by you as you walk.

Very impressive, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry! I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and after 72 hours I now sweat like a “normal” person lol
