Roger Waters, the man who created the most emblematic concept albums in the world, offered a concert this Saturday, December 9 in Quito. The recital in the capital of Ecuador is the closing of his This is Not a Drill tour, which began in Pennsylvania in 2022. Waters has assured that it may be the last time he performs in Latin America.
