I'm going to be really honest. I would not recommend going to this show. It was a non stop political message. I understand how Roger Waters feels about things and I actually agree with a lot of what he believes in. The whole time the videos were all depressing and were pushing political views. It would have been fine to show half of what they did but to push the human suffering and politics the ENTIRE show was just ridicuolous. *****below here was added the next day***** Looking back there was a section where he showed a lot of old clips of him and Syd Barrett during the early years. That was cool and Waters did leave the politics out of that. So it wasn't the entire show but it was easily 90% of it.

@pajguitar2 жыл бұрын
@@uz7097 I think he is referring to the visuals not just the music. Animals 1970's did not bombard the audience with doom and gloom projections. Neither did the original wall - all visuals related to the character of Pink. RADIO KAOS was also not overly political and apart from the strange concept and the threat of nuclear weapons - that's as political as it got. In the flesh didnt. It was not visually political at all. DSOTM tour , same applied. Just visuals that fitted the music. Most political it got was " leaving beirut" and " vote OBAMA " on the pig. The wall 2010 onwards was not over political either apart from anti war sentiment US and THEM tour is where the lecture became ridiculous with endless childish digs at Trump, but the visuals and gig still impressive, despite Roger recently releasing his worst album " is this the life we really want " I can't comment on this latest tour as i haven't seen enough of it. But hes had over 2 years to put this together. So far i'm not liking the middle of arena stage and songs hes done to death ( what the hell has he done to comf numb !) and if its a lecture fest i will be giving it a miss. I'm not being lectured by a champagne socialist millionaire selling sky high price tickets to watch him mime to vocal playback and $30 for a t shirt made by slave labour. I've heard 90% of the material played too many times and i won't be lectured on politics / human rights when Roger only cares about human rights that suit his politics.
