Really nice for me to get a Genre break and hear some Country! Roger, as is the tag of Country Music, is a Singer and Story Teller. Most of the oldschool Country dudes, Roger included, aren't Vocalists. The tone and temper of Rogers's voice gifts a listen and firm seat within the story and spirit of this song. Roger tells a compelling, insightful story within this song, "Addiction," and rather cleverly in a voice that carries the burden. The Acoustic Guitar, of my favorite rolls, is tempered perfectly for the song and Singer. The Lyrics tell the story and are real to the Writer and delivered in accordant spirit. Couple small bits of advice: When writing, don't feel a need to rhyme; go with the original words of your story, make those flow and perhaps work in a rhyme within the chorus and sparingly otherwise, in your Songs. Also, watch end run flats, only a few; either cut the word right at the end of it or roll it up! I love your Music, rather settled me down! @BreconIReviews Maryxxxx
