The payment explanation was not so understandable for me. I understood that you prefer monthly payment instead of saving many years so that you can live in the house right away. That's what most people do. How many % is the interest rate for the loan? The problem with a 7,4 Million loan is that the monthly payment is mostly used just to pay for the interest and just a small part of the monthly payment will be used to repay the loan. For example a 7 Million loan with 5% interest would cost 350,000 Peso interest for the first year. That's a big amount just for the interest, not for the repay of the loan. That's the common way in Europe. Is it similar for you or do you have something like "rent to own" where you don't need to pay interest? That would be a free loan so that you only pay the loan back without additional payments for the interest.

it is not a home with out clothes drying outside of house. Congratulations, you have made a home... Only one issue with the home. It is great for 3 people, but it is a little small for 6. As for water, absolutely, add a tank to the roof area. That will help maintain pressure and be better if the town limits the water to certain times of the day as they do on other islands.
