What is the difference between Anapyhlaxis and Allergic reactions?

I have an aunt who is very allergic, mainly to shellfish... She has twin daughters, and one of the girls has several allergies, and there is a chance she could develop more. But the other little one doesn't have any allergies.

Holding the epi 20 sec is plenťy . I use around to hold it 5-10 sec.and every time and it works perfect for me

Today at work I had a severe reaction to a nonfitted N95. Both lips will swell with a certain Level 3 but if I wore a plastic mouth piece over my lips I was OK. Before the mouth Piece my lips would get really red and peel. Both of my lips were huge, because I use chap stick and didn’t know I am allergic to chemical Sunscreens. I digress, I think Friday or Saturday lips were slightly swollen. I said Oh,no I am allergic to the new mask ( N95) orange duck bill. So, on Monday morning I had it on less than 2 hours. I was talking to a coworker started coughing intermittently, and then I couldn’t stop, next thing I knew I could breathe in air and I may have had a bronchial spasm, I was making a horrible sound, I took off the mask and I could breathe within seconds. I hadn’t had anything to eat or drank morning that before going to work.

It is! Please use Benadryl first then Use epi pen, call 911. Don’t be afraid to use it through pants. Upper thigh
