I find that Frontier often gets a pretty bad wrap. Sure, It's not a luxurious experience, but living in Denver, I have flown them many times, both pre ULCC and since then and have never had a single issue. Generally on time, clean aircraft, friendly crew.... Maybe I've just been lucky but it seems like often reviews just reflect the opinions of those who like to complain.
