A heads up, you should not tin wires that are going into screwterminals or getting ferrules and similar installed. The pressure and temperature variances can result in the solder flowing and the wire getting loose.

Hi Roger, being from the UK and referring to your video at 4min 30sec the wiring for a domestic plug in the UK is Brown = Live, Blue = Neutral and Yellow/green = Earth. No relavence at all to the colour coding on the YuYong provided proximity sensors. You also say in regard to the sensor wiring that the Brown is Positive, the Black is Negative and the blue is the signal back to the controller. This is wrong unfortunately but also understandably as it follows accepted convention. The actual wiring for the sensor is Blue=COM- (supply -ve), Brown= COM+(supply +ve) and Black=Sensor Output to controller. COM- and COM+ relate to the DDCS V3.1/4.1 controllers.
