10:38 so the free stability thing is a weird one. The first country that gets the event will get the stab, everyone else gets the prestige. The way the game decides who gets the event is kinda rng, with Corintar obviously having the highest chance, but other modifiers are the amount of mana your ruler has, and if they have the pious personality trait. So you can totally select Castellos first month for the extra admin mana boost, and then swap over to Corin when the event shows

I knew there are two versions of the event, one named The Tenth Pantheonic Council and the other The Tenth Pantheonic Council? and the first one has the option to get stab. I've been trying to find the events in the files with no success to figure out what the requirements were but knowing that the stab is available for the first country only at least clears it up a bit.

an argument for stake your claim is that you can build more tribal buildings in each province so you get a ton of reform progress and tribal dev from buildings also you can basically have workshops and barracks before the tech as they don't go away i believe until you delete them but im not sure if they still work after you reform ie. give the bonuses. I personally think if you have good trade goods on good provinces its better but worse if you don't. So in this playthrough here i think its worse because of not great trade goods. edit: LOL THE ARMY TRADITION EVENT 2:10:05
