"Just don't get hit" people when they get hit because they lack the ability to one-shot someone because PDR, then get one-shot themselves because they have to get within melee range to even attempt to one shot someone, with lackluster ranged options, and no options to make themselves tankier. They can only ever really build to be a glass cannon except not really because they are not a Wizard who exchanges survivability for raw power, they exchange survivability for "stealth" in a game where there are loud ass doors every 10 feet, all your skills make noise, drawing your weapons make noise, all your good abilities glow in the dark and having any kind of potion on your hotkey puts a glow-in-the-dark potion on your belt. Rogue used to be stealthy, but they took it all away because the options they had were _too_ good to use _in combat_ and not just something to use when sneaking up on someone, stealth is a balance nightmare. And when you take away the only defining characteristic of the class and don' replace it with anything of substance, the class becomes really lackluster. Like, the _only_ reason to pick Rogue right now is because of Creep giving you a _chance_ to sneak up on someone, when said person could simply turn around and now your plan has been foiled. You are not Spy TF2. /rant over, give me back good double jump please and thank you.

i think people forget they can look around while doing things lol. Its a learning experience. Even before creep became useable sometimes sound would be buggy and wouldnt play properly. Cant rely solely on sound. Use your eyes, its useful. People will learn and using creep will go back to being useful but not that useful.

A Rogue should be able to go silent with a perk. It's a ROGUE. Warlocks were dominating post patch with shadow touch and BOC, and now we can counter them with cutthroat.

Creep is counter able by just being paranoid and looking over your shoulder when you are standing still or backing up. Landmine had to be countered by being Sherlock Holmes and deducing the position of the landmine rogue via context clues before entering the room. +3 base strength AND dagger damage buffs may be a lil' OP...
