Well it's not the best Redux release and not a good one either, but I still decided to upload it especially in comparison to the original version.

It's not often a game gives you so many tools to deal with the enemy. Instead of being a straight up shooter, it becomes a funbox of different creative ways to annihilate the Norts. The banter between the Bio Chip buddies is also top notch. When Gunnar's chip was removed from the rifle and he only had 60 seconds, I remember being actually anxious and rushing to save him despite the dangers. The amount of character they gave Helm, Gunnar and Bagman was spot on and made each of them very distinct, despite essentially being disembodied voices for much of the game.

Thanks for the footage , guess it again shows how TickTock dev studio ports games ... nerfed blood , removed any sexual or oversexed character models (see the interrogation scene 58:55 , and compare it to the Rebellion Dev team original ) , nerfed any models that showed horrible mutation and over fat ooze (a fine example is the last boss , compared to the original ) , horrible gameplay changes in cover mechanics and weapon selection , etc.. It yet again shows how horrible they port games , lacking the vision that the originals had ... same can be said about they last remastered awfulness : Super Frog HD , Worms remaster , Z 1 and Z 2 remaster (or better put android ports to PC ... jezz)

Why? Both versions look nearly identical, there is little-to-no difference. Only the fake computer graphics look a bit more green in this new version (and other minor things, like some wall surfaces looking a bit different, some of the dark yellow suits look more like dark light-green in this one..) But other than that.

actually, bungie has to much inspired by the rogue troopers comics to create the odst soldiers for halo. the first comic from rogue troopers, came out in the 80s, while the first halo game came out in 2001
