My mate had a skyline and had it tuned up. He got all excited telling everyone he had over 1000BHP but on the dyno it was around the 600 mark which was still good and the car was fast. But people throw numbers out there without checking but just assume.

I based on others with the same setup, should make 750 easily. But all dynos and environments are different. Made 589 last year on the same dyno so at least it is a step in the right direction! Dynos are really just a tool for measurement as all read differently even with corrections

@@Rogue5.0 Your 💯correct every dyno is different. Luckily for me I live 3 miles away from Millbrook test track in England BBC top gear would film there and the grand tour etc. The car manufacturers test their latest cars there. I used to work there so I could use their dyno and would get my mates passes to use it. We always used that one so you could make more accurate comparisons.

@@Rogue5.0 Thanks, I loved it there all the major European, British and Japanese car manufacturers would do car launches then which were my favourite. I would go round the track in Audis, BMW’s, Bentleys etc with racing car drivers. I’ve met a lot of celebrities there Aston Martin brought the whole James Bond cast one time. I’ve met tv personalities F1 drivers, Glamour models and even some super models . It’s good fun.

Mine was the opposite, we thought 660hp and made 800hp at Palm Beach Dyno. I have the largest 120mm pulley on my Procharger but still makes 13-14psi.

@@Rogue5.0 it’s a 2020GT (6500 miles) Procharger D1-X, Fore Fuel System (dual pump), id1050’s, E85, 120MM pulley, Long Tubes, no cats (rest is stock, even have the resonator), Palm Beach Dyno tuned. Have a bunch of cooling mods too since I live in Boca Raton, FL plus Boundary oil pump gear, suspension, etc. It’s making 13psi on a very big pulley and with E85 it’s making some steam.
