I'm pretty sure he isn't trying to be rude. It's just that import procedure is quite lengthy and different in various countries. To import a car into India, you must comply with the rules of import,you have to pay about 125% tax to the Indian Government. This can be done only via the import docks at Mumbai, Chennai and / Kolkata. Also left hand drive cars are not allowed in India unless they are prototypes for test by automobile companies.

It'll cost you a lot... you're going to get a custom duty about 200-250% + the cost of freight. You'll nearly find the price near to the new piece until you can afford a GCC spec vehicle completely maintaining it every 3 month probably depending on ur usage. RTO in India might ask you to change the steering wheel to right hand side and that too is going to cost you pretty high cause u will have to change the complete undergarments lol haha ... but yeah if you really wana import knowing the cost you can get quote from online freight companies in Dubai 😎😎😎
