Thats what is missing in new Armaan. Like Rohit said, it is a process, as the process continues the actor develops an association with his own character as well as others. Even though Rohit is already on the track but in terms of syncing with the characters and their feels, It will take some time for Rohit to get to where Shehzada was when he left the show. Nice interview. He is so professional. He didnt take the bait to talk bad about previous actors and their actions.

He is an "actor". Good actor. Not sure if well-suited for his role. Farmaan would have been a better choice but he declined. Rohit is not at ease and the voice is not suiting - anyway, good luck to him. I was happy when I heard he was the new Armaan, but so far, disappointed.

this man comes across as a very humble guy. I don't know if he is or is just acting off screen too but I have browsed his entire Instagram page and three things I have realized about him. First, he loves his wife! Second, he loves to sing. And, third, he is a lot of fun and young at heart. In real life, he looks much younger because of no glasses, nice trendy clothes and the different hairstyles he sports. Plus, he comes across as a "khulla" aadmi, meaning, not stiff or stuck up. Very friendly.

Wow!!! So Rohit confirms that the "no affair" clause is in his contract!!!!!!!! SUPERB!!! Rajan Shahi should get THE BEST producer award every year, for life. No pun. That clause will not stop people from having an affair or get into a relationship but it will stop them from behaving on set like shehzada and pratiksha did. It will make them do their job, like promote the main lead and not the side, negative character! Wish Shaika had done that during ghkkpm!! Well done Rajan! I am with you 100%, supporting this clause!

@@leen1q84 So married people don't have affairs? Dharmendra, Sunny Deol, Mr. Lambu allegedly with the gorgeous queen bee, come to mind. Also, allegedly Bipasha's husband had an extra marital affair and so many others! Rohit doesn't look the type to get involved in extra marital affair but he too is a human and circumstances may encourage him to. Who knows?! Besides, the purpose of that clause is to prevent BEHAVIOUR because of such relationships on set, not to stop the relationship. At least, that's my interpretation. Happy Friday!! 🤗

Not first ime they have fired actors on the spot. Common thread - production house. This was not Shehzada's first venture. If he was so disrespectful he would not have been hired in the first place..good for thought. Have a good day.

Shehzada jo bhi ho but he was awesome as Armaan & suited perfectly with both Abhira & Roohi. I really miss him & stopped watching this serial after he left. It's so boring now.

@@sukoon1179 Whoever did the initial casting, did a great job with Abhira, Naanu Goenka, Maanav, Daadisa, Charu, Krish, Meenu (Shruti Rawat) is the BEST - love her natural acting, fits like a glove - and of course Shehzaada as Armaan. Rohit Purohit is a quick pick - certainly NOT first choice - and I am sure many auditioned including Shivam (Rohit character) so I am not sure if Rohit Purohit was the first Armaan it would have been as successful a show as it has been. Casting is key. They got it right at first. Now not so sure - just cuz he has history elsewhere and has "light eyes" (my whole family does!) does not make him best suited.
