there is problem with F3 and S4. at the last part, where we have 50 demands and 50 capacity. why do you put 40 above 8 and leave capacity 50. but you cross the 50 demand.?

at 4:26, in case of a tie, you must choose a cell where maximum allocation is possible, and not as you said the demand is high... Because even with high demand, if supply is less then the allocated value will be also less.. You can refer any textbook to check what am saying...

What you are saying is absolutely correct. But in most of the books and in any standard video lecture you will find that in case of a tie you can break it arbitrarily...and yes it is absolutely correct..In the video I said alternative but even in least cost method if anyone breaks a tie arbitrarily he or she is not wrong.

When there is a tie with the lowest element, u told to select the element which has maximum demand. But I think I read somewhere, that, we have to select that element which we can allot the maximum units.

You can select the column arbitrarily. I knew someone would definitely ask this question. See I have preferred the column with highest demand just by the common sense... Both the answers will be correct.. but none of them are optimal.. for optimality you have to go for Modi method
