Panditji : You have RIGHTLY explained the Raag of " Ya Ra Sili Sili " , composed by Pt. Rhidaynathji. It is in Madhumad Sarang ONLY, , as you have explained. Also because :- 1) Megh is more in Kharj Saptak, with "Vadi- Sauvadi SA & ma". So, it CAN NOT BE MEGH. 2) This song CLEARLY shows based on Rhishabh & Komal - nishad. Hence, people telling that this song is based on Megh Or Maand are not correct. And those people have not understood those three Raag properly. 3) Thirdly, according to me :- To emphasize the importance of Rhishabh & to beautify Raag Madhumad Sarang, Pt. Rhidaynathji has used both Gandhar, at some places !! It is because, HE IS RHIDAYNATH 🙏 .
