DO NOT pair retinol with any other active like salicylic acid or Vit C.. if u r beginner DO NOT apply retinol in day time.. retinol must be used only twice a week in night followed by a good moisturizer.. DO NOT apply salicylic acid in day time, it is an exfoliation so use it only twice a week

Since you have sensitive skin go with low concentrate of both retinol and vit c.your routine should be in am cleanse toner vit c serum moisturizer and sunscreen. In pm routine cleanse toner retinol serum and moisturizer. Also I would suggest that do a patch test before you use any products on your face. And since you have sensitive skin go slow with retinol like start using two times a week and then increase your frequency as retinol can irritate your skin. Don't use daily immediately let your skin get use to it and then you can use daily
