This preaching is exactly what we need. Endure, just endure; the apostle Paul did this! Peter escapes from jail enduring his ordeal of sure death in the morning. If Christian people really get this right, our political scene would be on track. People would vote their christian beliefs. Thank God for this preaching.

Don't use the church as a trick!

The Sabbath is Saturday, so why Sunday preachers don't preach Sabbath? It is all in the bible. Nothing against this sermon, just a question. It amazes me we can celebrate days that isn't in the bible and preach every year these subjects, but no Sunday person preaches the Sabbath. Just a thought to why.

The simple answer on why the church worships on Sunday, is because the church was birthed and empowered by the Holy Spirit on a Sunday. They were celebrating the feast of the weeks, that feast lasted for 49 days, sabbath to sabbath(saturday to saturday) for 7 weeks which will be 49 days, but on the day of Pentecost had fully come day 50 was on a sunday Take a look at Acts Chapter 2

@mike26258 brother that doesn’t excuse the fact that the sabbath was established by God on Saturday. Jesus came to fulfill the law, not abolish, we also agree that we need and should follow the rest of the 10 commandments. So I’m a bit confused about your statement. Celebrate those if you’d like, worship everyday, but the sabbath remains and they don’t excuse it nor does scripture support that the release the sabbath day as well.

@@Greattestimon There is much misunderstanding of the concept of Christ fulfilling the Law. To fulfill something is to satisfy it to its fullest. On our behalf, and for all time, Christ has satisfied the demands of the Law and its penalties for breaking them. Therefore, the Apostle Paul in Romans 7:4 could say that we are “Dead to the Law”. In other words, we are NOT to put ourselves back under the Law from which Christ freed us. In Colossians 2: 16-17, Paul writes: Colossians 2:16-17 (ESV) 16Therefore let no one pass judgment on you in questions of food and drink, or with regard to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath. 17These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ. All the ceremonies and requirements of the Law were looking forward to Christ’s coming. When He came, the shadow (the requirements of the Law) had to give place to the substance (Christ). The church, the body of Christ, is free from the Law, and can meet on any day of the week. Sunday is chosen because Jesus rose from the dead on Sunday, and because of the practice of the early Christians to meet on the first day of the week. (See Mark 16:9; Acts 20:7; 1 Cor. 16:2; John 20;19).
