I know exactly what Roisin means. Whenever I think of an example of when I have laughed the hardest the only memory my brain can come up with is the time my cat shat in the car. There are plenty of other times I have properly belly laughed but the only one that has stuck is the cat shit story! 😂

Roisin becomes very focused on her fears, which are amplified. I think if she becomes distracted before something happens, it may become more joyful. I think her mind is racing and that is why she seeks meditation. It seems like she may be in a state of fight or flight if she’s always having such anxiety. Too much stress.
