Light is the monster, burning and blind to the suffering it creates, it blinds all who gaze and is unbending and rigid. Light is authoritarian, but there are other forces. More just forces...

Humans are one of the most terrifying things on earth, but I assure you my friend, there are monsters worse than even us. They lie in the shadows, they make us feel safe, then eat us alive. Humanity's only hope is to run into the light, let ourselves be seen for the evil monsters we are, and pray to our Lord Jesus Christ to save us from our evil, make us a new creation, and protect us from the monsters in the shadows. Seems like a lot to ask, and a lot to expect from one guy. But when you consider that said guy is omnipotent and all powerful, its really quite simple.

Our people are shattered, but hope is not lost. We will fight to the last breath, drop of blood, and person. So come for us, and in death let our battle cries of defiance and the light of pure will in our souls burn away the void that we might find each other again to keep fighting.

like the difference between a great cook and a chef, there is a difference between a great sound engineer and a composer. What they won't tell you is that this difference largely comes down to convention. who did and is doing what and why. Well and good, except that sometimes people actually get sick of a tiny portion of 'the concept of a meal' with squiggly sauce going across the plate like that' because convention'... Sometimes people actually just want something satisfying to eat. I'm willing to bet that Rok Nardin didn't spend 12 years studying music theory and history in order to make this (maybe he did, what do I know?). He got where he did through hard work and bucketloads of talent. Rok Nardin is not a composer, he's a bloody brilliant sound engineer and we should celebrate him for this.
