I found that this digestive disorder (IBS) will be more sensitive to anxiety, emotional troubles, and stress. The key/persistent symptoms found of IBS are abdominal pain, bloating (very big), and all day diarrhea. (Very suffer!) IBS symptoms are worse at time of woman-monthly period. (Make me confused!) Taking medicines for a year can relieve some of the symptoms (but I found it‘s not sustainable method). I found that proper food (not spicy one), regular every-day-exercise (body movement) and Buddhist meditation practice/mind practice are the best way.
