It's a MUST to change those measurement values. Default once where off by a LOT (2-3 cm). And it worked much better after we entered every measurement.

does anyone know why segments arent working anymore, I'm trying to export my selected part in the animation clip but it always exports from the beginning? (holding shift and selecting the time code doesn't work in the new update.)

Hi there, we can't reproduce any errors with the segments and there is no issue with the trimmed clips that we export. There is an advanced option "Export from zero time" which results in a longer clip than expected if its unintentionally enabled. Also, we don't have a "hold shift to select timecode" option that we know of :)

@@RokokoMotion In the previous non beta version of Studio, you could shift click to add a segment. You could also do multiple segments it I remember correctly. Will that feature be coming back?

@@photobrandon Yeah exactly, and also there was aoption to make the animation Loopable but looks like in the latest studio its not there anymore. To me it seems like they've used Studio Beta in that video not the regular one

Great video I have a question when I have everything properly configured the mocap and the costume and I start to walk at the level of the feet it walks a bit like a robot how could I solve this problem?

should it be possible to record small jumps without elevation tracking? i have the smartsuit 1 and cannot record anything that involves both feet off the floor (running, small jumps). once both feet are off, the hips drop to the floor ...

Hey! Thanks for your comment, you can use the treadmill filter to lock your hips or you can use the locomotion filter to make sure that your movements are clean. Check out this link (support.rokoko.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410415474321-Filters-explained). I hope this helps!

You skipped wayyyyyy too many steps. I'm still stuck on setting uo the suit. I have connected to the wifi and everything, configured it, but when I unplugin it al disappears and I cant use it. The Suit doesnt show up or anything. You guys should really cover the ENTIRE proccess with no skips. Becsue right now I cannot use this suit.
